Abstract submission procedure

All registered participants who would like to present their work as an oral contribution or a poster are invited to submit an abstract before July 10th 2023 June 21th 2023 May  31st 2023. The number of slots for oral presentations is limited; should the number submitted exceed the number of slots available, the Scientific Committee will select which of them will be presented orally.

Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 500 words.

To submit your abstract, please fill in this form (one form per abstract). The abstract submission is now closed.

All abstracts for either oral or poster presentations will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee before their acceptance. Each participant can submit only one abstract and full payment of the registration fee is required for acceptance.

We kindly ask all the speakers to keep their talk strictly within the scheduled timetable.

PowerPoint or PDF files with oral presentations should be given on site to the organizers as early as possible, latest before the first lecture on the day of the talk. If any specific facility should be required, please contact the conference secretariat in advance.


Guidelines for Poster Contributions


The maximum posters size should be A0 (841 × 1189 mm or 33.11 × 46.81 in) in portrait orientation

Landscape posters will not be accepted.

We encourage all presenting authors to put a picture of themselves in an upper corner of the poster. The quick identification of the author will favour scientific discussions.

Each abstract will be assigned a poster number that will be communicated to the presenting author. Posters will be permanently displayed, during the conference. The material to hang the posters on wooden panels will be provided.
