Some precautions for registration

Please read this section in full before completing you Registration.

Registration will be limited to 100 participants due to the capacity of the conference room.

Any special dietary requirements (such as allergies to ingredients) may be communicated at the time of registration.

Participants are required to register and submit the abstracts of their contributions by mail to DGT2023@irsn.fr.

On-site registration will not be possible.

Registration and Payment

Registration will be made by using this form.

Once your form is completed, you will shortly receive an e-mail which contains all the instructions for payment. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact us. 

In order for us to confirm your registation, you must proceed to the payment. Please note that you will receive registration confirmation only once your payment on IRSN bank account is completed. 

Fees

A discounted early bird registration will be available until July 10th, 2023. All payments are VAT included, must be made in euros (€) and bank charges must be covered by the participant. 

* The costs associated with the transfer shall be borne by the payer.

** Junior researchers (master and PhD students, post-doctoral fellows under 30) should send a copy of their student card to the conference secretariat during the registration. In the absence of a valid student card, a declaration by a tutor will be accepted. Retired/Emeritus should send a proof of their status.

*** On-site registration will not be possible.

For Full registration, Junior researcher and Retired/Emeritus, fee includes attendance to all scientific sessions, conference material, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks and the gala dinner probably in Paris.

Registration for Accompanying person will only include the gala dinner.

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Registration Department (DGT2023@irsn.fr, please indicate "Cancellation" ) according to the following policy:

• Cancellations received in writing by 24 July 2023 are entitled to 100% refund;

• Cancellations received in writing between 25 July 2023 and 03 September 2023 are entitled to 50% refund;

• Cancellations received on or after 15 September 2023 – no refund shall be due;

• All refunds will be made within three (3) months after the end of the event. Requests submitted after this period shall not be considered.

• Refunds, if due, will be made by bank transfer.

Any participant initially registered as an individual, who received sponsorship by an Industry Company, shall not be entitled to a refund.
